With more than three decades of experience producing drawing frames, Tianmen Textiles has accrued some of the nations’ best designers, engineers and technicians in the field. To ensure good production quality and excellence our company also provides a full range of advanced manufacturing equipment and inspection facilities. Tianmen Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. drawing frames series include the FA303A, FA305C, FA315, FA319 and the TMD-80, featuring advanced design, reliable performance, rational driving systems, high precision and low power consumption. Two national patents, “quick interchangeable gear groups and graft transition” and “3-over-3 double zone curvilinear drafting systems with up-holding dust-proof pressure bars” are applied to our machines to guarantee high-precision gear driving systems and to efficiently rectify yarn faults caused by dust accumulation on the pressure bar. The application of these two patented production techniques has vastly improved production quality raising the company’s annual production capacity of drawing frames of any type to over 4,000 without compromising an ounce of excellence.
