Q32 series conveyor belt shot
blasting machine is a kind of small
surface cleaning equipment, it is
made of mainly 8 parts. Such as
cleaning chamber, shot blasting
assembly, screw conveyors,
elevators, separators, supply pill
system, dust removal system,
electrical system, etc.







2. Working principal:



Feeding workpieces in suitable
weight to the cleaning chamber.
When the machine starts, the
workpieces are driven by the
rubber track-----starting rolling.
In the same time, high-speed pills
that are throwen by the impeller
forms the beam, balancely
heating against the workpiece
surface, thus to achieve the
purpose of cleaning.

The thrown pills and sand go
through the holes on the rubber
track, into the steel net in the
bottom to get riddled, then they
are send by the screw conveyor
to the elevator, here they are
lifted to the separator to be
separated.

The dust is inhaled to the dust
remover by the fan to get filtered
, while the dust on the sack fall
into the dust box in the bottom
of the dust remover by
mechanical rapping. Users can
periodically clear it. The waste
sand run out from the waste
pipe, the user can reuse it.

Pill and sand mixture comes
back into the blasting chamber by
a tube, after being separated, it
can be reused. While clean shot
pills go into the blasting chamber
through a electromagnetic valve
in the supply pill system to shot
blasting the workpieces again.
After finishing the cleaning, the
workpieces are unloaded by the
rubber track's reversal.
