2. We have the state-of-the-art equipments such as +GF+AgieCharmilles high speed CNC, +GF+AgieCharmilles Mirror EDM and Sodick wire-cut Machine, CMM, etc.
3. We have the ability to make precision molds (accurate to±0.005mm) to large molds with max 2.5m of mold length and can up to 25 tons.
4. Quality is vital to us. We fully understand the best quality mold start with best quality steel. We can offer you the Purchase order copy with the steel manufacturer and steel certification. Meanwhile we pay big attention on building the management system to guarantee the stable quality level.
5. Our price is very competitive in the same quality level competitors. We only make the reasonable profit but the top quality mold. We respect to mold making industry very much.
6. With 16 sets of Injection Presses (1 set 2-shot machine) as well as 2 assembly lines, we could also better meet your production requirement.
