We are looking for real buyers mandates for Nigeria Bonny Light Crude Oil. We are looking for buyers that is Ready, Willing and Able to fulfill the following steps:1.Seller and Buyer sign sales purchase agreement with their banking information and both parties forward a copy of the signed SPA Contract to their Respective Banks.
2.Within Forty Eight (48) banking hours of buyer's signing and sealing of this contract, Buyer's bank officer shall initiate communication with the seller's bank officer to ascertain the readiness of both parties (buyer and seller) to consummate the contract. Buyer and Seller's bank officer's name and phone number shall be provided under Banking Details below.
3. After satisfactory negotiations between the two bank officers, Seller's bank shall post a Non-Operative 2% Pe rformance Bond to the buyer's bank as a Performance Bond. [This 2% PB MUST Come from a Top Western Bank, Not Direct From Nigerian Bank]
4. Buyer's bank issues L/C.. ... etc
