HSBC or Top 25 W.E.B.
Price (NEGOTIABLE): 1B+ = 14%+1% <> Less than 1B= 15% + 2%
Lessee provides FULL COORDINATES OF TWO OR THREE ESCROW AGENTS/ATTORNEYS in New York-USA. Lender will pick one that mach with Lenders requirements to hold the Full Service Fee in Escrow. Lessee sends LOI with require Docs and Proof of Funds Document (BCL, Bank Statement or Tear Sheet)
After LOI is accepted then the Lender will issue the Lease Service Contract and the Escrow Agreement.
After execution of Contract (s) Lessee places required Escrow as per agreements.
Lessor sends MT760.
Funds are release to Lessor/Intermediaries from Escrow or MT103 is issue. Hard copy will follow.
NO UpFRONT FEES: If necessary it will be negotiated Principal to Principal.
WILL CLOSE A RWA CLIENT: Funds First by Escrow or as agreed between Principals.
