My end seller company has on-board vessel's of Russian M100, JP54 & D2 sailing towards their destination port and available for re-assignment to any capable buyer on spot CIF/FOB basis. Seller is ready and willing to issue Tanker Take over Agreement (DRAFT CONTRACT), POP and shipping documents including vessel's details to the buyer upon receipt of the buyer's ICPO. Vessel's shall be re-routed to buyers nominated discharge port upon transfer of title of ownership of the allocation to current buyers name in compliance with the refinerys transaction procedures.
