Acorn Industry has spent 2 years to do the R&D work with professors and specialists of universities and vocational colleges before we started to make the machines. Acorn also investigated the shortcomings of old designed egg tray machines. Therefore we find the ways to solve the problem and improve the design of our egg tray machines.?

1. Acorn uses servo motors, PLCs and touch screens.
2.Acorn machine's rotary drum, transfer beam, cold press, and dryer can work independently.?
3.Acorn 4-side machine can suck more water from egg trays than competitor's 8-side machine.
4.Acorn uses abrasion resistant material in transfer arm, but the rivals use only carbon steel.
5.Energy saving
6.High efficiency: 4*5 machine, Acorn's output may reach 6000 pcs/h, rivals only produce 4000 pcs/h.
7.Advanced controlling system
