| Since October 2004 our company develops new direction on importing the frozen fish from Scandinavian region (Norway, Iceland). There is developed net of trade representatives in all the regions of Ukraine. There have been imported already about 3500 tons of production (herring, mackerel, capelin, salmon). We have built the distribution system and we have the intention to increase our turnovers by 3000-4000 tons per month and to occupy the 20-30% of the market. We have all necessary for this activity: funds, cold stores (Sevastopol, Kerch – 5000 tons each), built distribution and logistics system. The company has its own transport vessel with 2000 tons capacity which is on regularly raid Mauritania-Sevastopol. At the moment we are in a position to provide the seafood’s to Ukrainian market. The points of the first importance for our company are the following: Scallops, Salmon, Surimi, Swordfish, Squid, Pollock, Cockles, Crab, Lobster and other fish, snacks products the producers of tins. |
