We produce Vincotto originale since 1825 from cooked grape must of locally grown Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes.
Vincotto originale is a versatile condiment that will enhance the flavour of roasted meats, fish, salads and fruit salads, ice cream, panna cotta, chocolate, many other desserts and cocktails. Our firm produces besides Vincotto Vinegar, Fig Vincotto Vinegar, Raspberry Vincotto Vinegar, Hot Pepper Vincotto Vinegar and other seasonings.
Last our product is: Dolcenero (Vincotto with Chocolate-no alcohol).
Our products are free from preservatives and coloring, sugar free and suitable for vegetarians and vegan diets.
We produce besides "Affiorato" Extra Virgin Olive Oil and flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Our bottles are elegantly manufactured and suitable also for gifts.
