| Nobby's Tropical Foods Inc. is a new company which was formed by Ronald Noble who has a MSc. in Food Technology and over 15years experience in the food and beverage industry. This company is soon to produce snack foods from plantains, cassava and sweet potatoes. Initially plantain chips will be produced utilising plantains from the rich soils of our coastland. These plantains will be carefully selected and harvested by hand, peeled, mechanically sliced and fried to a delicately golden crisp colour andpackaged on a state-of-the-ar packaging line in printed polymer packaging. This iis a nutritional tropical fruit chip rich in Vitamin A &C, potassium, and fibre. It contains no cholesterol, no artificial colour or flavour, and no added preservatives. It is a natural, healthy, great tasting tropical snack. Other snacks mentioned willbe done by the end of 2009. |
