GPRC is a water- based, eco- friendly, non- acidic, non-toxic, neutral pH, protective base /primer coat utilizing high end polymer technology for reinforced steel bars, sheet metals and other steel products used in Industrial and Marine environment and has several advantages over normal primer coats, epoxy and red oxide coatings. It does not require the different elaborate steps of surface preparation of the corroded metal, though Sand-blasting, Water-Jet blasting, Phosphateing and Red-oxide coating.
ZeroSalt 121 is an additive that prevents flash rusting of wet abrasive- and water-blasted iron and steel surfaces and of dry blasted surfaces in a pressurized wash down. It also removes chlorides and other salts and contaminants very effectively.
