China Machinery Electric Equipment Co., Ltd (CMEEC) formerly as China Electro-Ceramic Import & Export Co., Ltd (CECEC) founded in 1981. which is fully as subsidiary company of China General Machinery Research Institute (CGMRI). CGMRI was established in 1956 and relocated to Hefei in 1969, who is a polytechnic and comprehensive class A institute under Jurisdiction of China National Machinery Industry Corporation.
CMEEC is possessed of more than 80% of the production capacities and 90% of the technology forces in Chinese manufacturing insulators industry.
CMEEC can manufacture all kinds of electrical apparatuses up to 500kV, such as HV and LV porcelain insulators, glass insulator and composite insulator, bushings and porcelain shells, surge arresters, fuse cutouts, current and potential transformers, isolators, power line accessories and parts for road vehicle electric ceramic in accordance with IEC, ANSI, AS, BS, DIN AND ISO standard.
