FATIFISHCo was found by Mr. Tran Van Hai who has more than 15 years experience in farming, processing and commercializing Pangasius. Weβve combined our long term experience and appropriate investment into farming area as well as processing plants to make integrated production be our biggest advantage. At present, we have:
150 ha of farming area, supply 200.000 MT raw material per year. Itβs going to be apply Global Gap within 2010
70.000 square meter of production site including 3 plants. Each is able to process 250MT per day. Processing equipments are all imported from Japan and Italy. Our factories are applied with ISO, HACCP, GMP, IFS, BRC, HALAL.
Our main products are processed on Pangasius with different specification:
Fillet: skinless, boneless, belly flaps off/on, red meat off/on, fat off/on
Steak
Whole fish, head gutted tail off
Cut portion
With different type of packaging: IQF in retail bag, bulk bag or Interleaved Block, etc⦠|
