By and by, ultrasound surgery has become a renowned standard and today is indispensable in surgery. Selective ultrasound allows the surgeon to perform precise, gentle dissection with little bleeding while preserving the structures. Precise operation is made possible above all with various handpiece types matched to the indications. Consequent and innovative further development resulted in a handpiece generation that today allows for fine preparation just like for coarse tissue dissection.
Our HF surgery units are also very reliable partners in the operation room. High frequency is used in surgery to denaturise and shrink tissue and blood vessels due to heating and thus to stop bleeding (Coagulation) or to dissect the tissue (Cut). Our units offer all common HF surgery options: Monopolar and bipolar cutting, but also coagulation, cold plasma coagulation (CPC) and Argon coagulation.
With our Ultrasonic Assisted Wound Treatment, we are offering a method that has become one of the most important ones for the debridement of chronic wounds."
