Australia Landson Glass (Qingdao) Co., Ltd was invested by Landson Alliance (Aust) Pty Ltd which is a glass importer and wholesaler registered in Sydney, Australia in 2002. It started with a small workshop in the port area of Qingdao in 2005, mainly doing simple processing work for its customers. With the expansion of business, it established a larger premise in Qingdao Economic and Technology Development Zone and began operating as a glass processor in October, 2008. It commissioned further highly technical glass equipment, including an automated glass cutting line, glass edging and drilling lines, water jet facilities, a glass tempering line, an insulated glass unit line, an automated glass laminating line and a mirror silvering line with vinyl safety backing.
During November 2011, it commissioned a second glass laminating line, capable of manufacturing 'Jumbo' laminated glass up to a maximum size of 3210mm x 5100mm, primarily aimed at the export market.
