Since 1994, Eastern Catering have been providing high quality Halaal food, fresh, chilled or frozen, from our
two premises in Leicester. Our range of customers has grown considerably since this date, and our wide
menu choice has extensively diversified. A growing nationwide reputation with our customers, as well as in
local communities has built confidence in our products and improved uptake. In early 2007 we completed
the move to fully UK EC accredited manufacturing premises, dedicated to Halaal, Ethnic and Vegetarian
cuisines, in order to cater for the growing needs of our customers.
Our Clients
The majority of our business comes from our flexible contract free terms, supply of frozen meals to the NHS,
local service providers and educational establishments. We serve our clients directly or through bulk frozen
food distributors.
Our sister company can also provide catering services for weddings, banquets, and showpiece buffet events
for corporate and retail clients.
We are regularly Selling: halal ready meals, halal snacks, halal curries, halal frozen meals, halal biriyanis, ethnic food, vegetarian meals, asian sweets, asian desserts.
We are regularly Buying: halaal meat, rice, vegetable oil, dry spices, lentils, canned foods, chappattiplain flour, yoghurt, vegetables. |
