PROCEDURES
Buyer & Seller sign and seal contract and exchange the signed copies by electronic mail. The electronic signed copy is considered legally binding and enforceable.
b. Buyer returns the signed spa with valid CPA, Q88, Payment Invoice for Chartering, ATL and a BG of one hundred million naira on (N50,000,000) only as per sellerβs Bank verbiage..
c Upon Seller receipt of Buyerβs vessel Q88, CPA, ATL, Payment Invoice for Chartering and confirmation of instrument by Sellerβs Bank, Seller nominate vessel, load and instruct loaded captain to issue marine NOR, copy buyer and communicate with buyerβs receiving vessel captain.
d. Bothe vessels open communication and agree on latt/long for long siding and onward transhipment at agreed location. Upon successful STS operation, if Q/Q is required, buyer will conduct Q/Q
