Vietnam Phosphorus Factory was
established on 04 December 2004 by
Decision No. of 198/QD-TCHC of the
Chairman of South Basic Chemicals Limited
Company and the Investment Planning
Department in Lao Cai Province issued the
Certificate of Business Registration No. of
1214000002. In 2010 the Factory carried
out the equitization and found Vietnam
Phosphorus Joint Stock Company.
After its founding, the Company began the
basic construction and installation of
production line of yellow phosphorus (P4)
with a capacity of 6,000 tons per year. The
first phosphorus products were released at
the end of 2005. Recently Vietnam
Phosphorus JSC continues to maintain and
further develop the production capacity as
well as to expand sales network. After a
operation period in the chemical market,
their Customers recognized the phosphorus
of the Company as good quality and
reasonable price. Distribution system of the
Company is to sell Customers in domestic
market and export to foreign countries
directly.
