This robust machine is designed to provide an economical solution for washing and drying glass post processing operations on all glass from 3 to 30mm thickness.

The “DQW2500” is simple to operate and maintain.

• Production speed is controlled via a motorvariator.0.98 to4.0 meters per minute. We could adjust the speed as your request, more quickly or more slowly
• Maximum Glass width 2500mm.
• Minimum glass size 400mm x 400mm.
• Glass thickness is selected through a switch linked to a servomotor and a display.
• Top section of the machine can be raised 300mm to allow easy cleaning and servicing.
• All wet areas built in stainless steel.
• Two separate washing sections (stainless steel) with pumps and tanks.
• High pressure fan and air heater for glass drying.
• High pressure fan in noise controlling enclosure. (Max 80 dB)
• Free standing control console.
• All motors are supplied as according to client’s request, transformers are not used.
