Gold Therm panel radiators are manufactured with the latest technology on automated production lines to provide our customers with defect free products and years of trouble free service. Gold Therm panel radiators with their perfectly designed 33.3 mm pitched water circulation channels and tall convectors offer a highly efficient heat convection, and durability against high water pressure. Gold Therm panel radiators are for use at a maximum operating temperature of 120°C.
Gold Therm panel radiators are formed from a single piece of cold rolled steel sheet with a nominal thickness of 1.20 mm. To ensure the highest level of quality, each radiator goes through a two-stage inspection process and is rigorously tested in accordance with TS EN 442-1. Gold Therm panel radiators, tested for leaks at a pressure of 13 bar are to be used at a working pressure of 10 bar and a working temperature of 120°C.Gold Therm panel radiators compliment any surrounding with their elegant design whilst remaining discrete by using an invisible hanging system. The standard range of Gold Therm panel radiators comprises of 4 different types; Type-11 PK Single Convector, Type-21 PKP Single Convector with Two Panels, Type-22 PKKP Double Convector, Type-33 PKKPKP Three Convectors, and 4 different measurements in height; 400-500-600-900 mm. Gold Therm panel radiators are manufactured in various lengths starting from 400 mm up to 2400 mm with 100mm increments. Gold Therm panel radiators are first protected with cardboard over the whole length of the top, the bottom as well as the two sides and bubble-wrapped. The entire radiator is then shrink-wrapped, thus ensuring effective protection during shipping. The type and the size of the panel radiator are shown on the package.
