Our company, Tai’an Shankou Forging Co., Ltd. are professional manufacturer on this field for more than 30 years. We passed GB/T19001-2000, ISO14000 and ISO18000 certificate of reorganization. We also own pressure vessel design and manufacture license of D grade. Our major forging equipments are hydraulic forging press of 6000T, 4000T and 2500T, digital ring roller machine of 4000mm, 1250mm, oil hydraulic forging press of 10000T, 5000T, 4000T, 8000mm spinning machine and heavy lathe and welding facilities etc.. Besides, we have a series of inspection equipment and test appliences, including chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact test, ultrasonic test, magnetic partical test etc.. We can choose materials according to customers’ requirements. Our products are widely using in the field of petrol, shipbuilding, railway, transportation, boiler, chemistry, metallurgy and power business.

We will provide a series of reports as material analysis, sample test report and mechanical performance test report etc..

We can provide various kinds of heavy forgings as follows:
1. Shaft forgings-Max. length is 20000mm, and max. weight is 60T;
2. Forged rings-Max. OD is 5100mm, and max. weight is 60T;
3. Flanges-Max. OD is 5100mm, and max. weight is 60T;
4. Forged plates- Max. OD is 4200mm, and max. weight is 60T;
5. Cylinder forgings-Max. length is 6500mm, and max. weight is 60T;
6. Forged bars-Max. length is 15000mm, and max. weight is 60T.
7. Pressure vessels-According to customers’ requirements.
In addition, we can manufacture many other forgings according to clients’ requirements, such as pressure vessels, runner plates, heads etc..
