Shape: milky white or light yellow crystalline powder, odorless, almost tasteless. 2.921g/cm3 density of insoluble in water. insoluble in ethanol、ethyl ether. Soluble in dilute acids produced in hydrogen peroxide, 10% of the slurry water PH value about 12. Room temperature stability, it is stability in the room temperature, heat to 200 °porduce for oxygen and calcium oxide. it will be fire when it contact with organic. concentrate is irritant.

Applications: oxidant, dough regulator, starch modification agent, use as seeds and grain non-toxic Disinfectant in agriculture. Also use as fungicide, antiseptic, emulsifier, antacids, oil bleaching and speed dry agent of closed mastic. Also used gum other foods. Flour improvers and and tooth powder.
And cosmetics additive and so on, increasing oxygen for aquaculture
