Electronic flow regulator provides extremely accurate continuous flow rate controling and recording of granular materials. Quantity of solid flows through an electro-pneumatic mechanism that is adjusted according to the data come from load cell plate.
Electronic flow regulator is Suitable for automatic measuring of granule materials, Such as granulated seed, grains, Corn, peanuts, wheat, soybean.

3 Function & Characteristics
3.1 Adopting sealing ball screw: the equipment runs faster, less resistance, greatly improving the running-time without the failure.
3.2 The non-contact switch cooperating with the mechanical process switch lengthens the service life, and the protection to be more perfect.
3.3 Double door design makes feedback speed faster. At the same time the blanking gravity will not offset with the flow-rate.
3.4 Power failure/Fault automatic closed mechanism: according to the fault level, the equipment will give corresponding instructions, or directly close all of the equipment within the group.
3.5 The unique learning technique: the equipment will test each materials’ characteristics, real-time adjust parameters. The accuracy will not be influenced from raw material state.
3.6 New upgrade CWAVE-Fip Anti-vibration technology: a standard farmar site learning mode can correct the vibration error.
