Bio fermentation tank has the features as good mass transfer and diathermancy, compact structure, good in flowing and mixing of culture medium, low energy consumption etc. It can completely reach high efficiency and hygiene requirement during productive process, and realize mixing of ferment liquid and dissolved-Oxygen mass transfer, and strengthen heat transfer.
Bio Fermentation tank mainly consists of tank body, mixer, baffle plate, air distributor, cooling tube (or jacket), deforming machine, manhole, integrated visual mirror and lamp, etc.

Vertical structure, adopts, upper and lower oval-shaped heads, with jacket and thermal insulation.
Capacity:0.1m³~60m³,can be designed and made as users demand.
Material:S.S.316Lor S.S.304,Jacket and outer protection shell adopt S.S.304 polishing or lusterless treatment.
Jacket type: full jacket, coiled type, beehive type
Thermal insulation material: pearl cotton, rock cotton filling or polyureth
