office at Cicek Pasaji-Pera in the
middle of Istanbul. We produce a great variety of
Turkish Delight (lokum) such as
sultan, pistachio nut, cherry, cacao, chocolate, hazelnut, almond and kaymak (butter
cream) preliminary produced by
Haci Niyazi Efendi. We have 150
ton (330000 lbs.) production
capacity per month. Besides
lokum we also make "helva" (a
sweet prepared in many varieties
with sesame oil), jam, "pishmaniye" (dessert with a
tenture similar to cotton candy).
