Here are the following
procedures for the purchase of
diamonds in Brazil:
1- The negotiations will take in
the city Belo Horizonte,
Diamantina and Patos de Minas,
in Minas Gerais State, the date
and time confirmed by the
buyer.
2- The expenses for two
people, representing Produto
Brazil company, who will follow
up the negotiations, from Sγo
Paulo to the business city in
Minas Gerais State, will be in
charge of the buyer (flight
tickets, hotel and feeding
expenses).
3- The sale will be in loco,
with presence of the buyer and
seller. The stones will be
evaluated and negotiated. The
lot is sealed and taken to the
bank, where the diamonds will
be delivered and the payment
will be made.
4- After this step, the
responsibility is borne by the
buyer, who can save them in a
bank vault or take them to a
security company.
5 - Every material has its fiscal
tickets, that is, lots with a
certificate of Kimberly. Once
the buyer be interested in
issuing the necessary
certificates.
